Things you need to know ...
Lettings are minimum 7 days. Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am on the day of departure. If you need to arrange an earlier or later time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We offer a 10% couples discount – except in peak periods.
All prices include gas and electricity.
We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
We accept payment by bank transfer in GBP (£) or EURO (€).
There is a £250 damage deposit required for your stay. This will be refunded within 72 hours of your departure subject to inspection of the property.
Over the winter season, we only take bookings for long stays. If that’s what you’re looking for, please email us so that we can discuss prices and see if we are able to help.

How to check availability ...
Choose the dates that you wish to visit – lettings are minimum 7 days.
On the live site the calendar is colour coded with green for ‘Available’ and pink for ‘Booked’. If a week is marked in brown (i.e. ‘Pending’) don’t lose hope and do still get in touch. It may be that we were holding the dates for someone and you could still be in luck.
Over the winter season, we only take bookings for long stays – these dates are marked in grey. If that’s what you’re looking for, please email us so that we can discuss prices and see if we are able to help.
Contact us using the form on the Contact page to check availability, making sure you detail the dates you are looking for. We promise to get back to you as quickly as we can and hopefully get you booked, confirmed and excited about your holiday as soon as possible.
